Kathryn Clevenger has been a licensed esthetician since 2007 and brings more than two decades of experience in the beauty industry to her work at Rose Aesthetics. Her passion lies in corrective, results-driven skincare that strengthens the skin while supporting the natural aging process.

Kathryn specializes in treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, advanced exfoliation, and hydrodermabrasion. Rather than relying on quick fixes, she carefully selects each treatment to support long-term skin health and resilience. Her approach blends corrective treatments with restorative care, allowing the skin to transform while maintaining balance and strength.

She believes the best results happen when clients are involved in the process. Kathryn works closely with each person to understand their goals, explain what their skin needs, and create a thoughtful treatment plan that evolves over time. This collaborative approach allows clients to feel confident in the care they are receiving while committing to meaningful, lasting improvements in their skin.

In addition to advanced skincare treatments, Kathryn is known for her precision in brow shaping, laminations, and tinting, along with lash and waxing services that enhance each client’s natural features without compromising skin health.

Kathryn also spent many years working with Mirabella Cosmetics as both a national educator and brand manager. This experience deepened her understanding of cosmetic chemistry, ingredient formulation, and product performance—knowledge she now applies when guiding clients toward skincare routines that truly support healthy skin.

Outside of the spa, Kathryn enjoys spending time outdoors in her garden or relaxing by the fire pit. She is an avid reader, a devoted pet owner who treats her animals like family, and a longtime fan of Grey’s Anatomy. Coffee and Dr. Pepper are her favorite drinks—though she is always reminding clients that water is still the best choice for healthy skin.

Natasha Tucker, APRN. FNP-C

Natasha Tucker stands out as a highly skilled and devoted healthcare professional, leaving an indelible mark on the nursing field through her commitment. Commencing her nursing journey in 2010, Natasha earned her Associates of Nursing degree, marking the initiation of a career that would be defined by compassion and expertise. Her first role as an Emergency Room (ER) Trauma Nurse not only showcased her adeptness in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment but also cultivated a profound empathy for patients facing critical situations.

Motivated by her passion for patient care and a thirst for continuous improvement, Natasha returned to academia in 2019. In a testament to her dedication, she pursued a dual degree program, achieving both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in the Family Nurse Practitioner track. Natasha’s commitment to excellence shone through as she graduated with nursing honors from Chamberlain University, a recognition of her diligence and perseverance.

Beyond her traditional nursing expertise, Natasha has expanded her skill set through extensive training in Aesthetics. With an established client base attesting to the efficacy of her multifaceted skills, she has recently become a co-owner with Dr. David Whitmer at Elevate Wellness KC. This healthcare facility distinguishes itself by offering a holistic approach to wellness and aesthetics, reflecting Natasha’s commitment to comprehensive care.

Outside the realm of her professional pursuits, Natasha discovers fulfillment in her roles as a spouse and parent. Happily married with two children, Natasha and her family call Lenexa, Kansas, home, exemplifying a balance between professional accomplishment and personal contentment.

Morgan Kelley ~ Lash Artistry Expert & Cosmetologist

With over 16 years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist and 14 years specializing in professional lash artistry, she brings a deep level of skill, precision, and artistry to every client she serves. Her approach to lashing is both technical and intentional—designed to enhance each client’s natural beauty while creating a comfortable, personalized experience.

After years of building her career in the beauty industry, she and her family recently relocated to the Kansas City area for her husband’s career. As a mom in a busy family of six, she understands firsthand the value of feeling confident, polished, and ready to take on the day—even with a full schedule.

Lash artistry is more than her profession—it’s a craft she is deeply passionate about. She is committed to continuing education, refining her techniques, and delivering high-quality, customized lash sets that are beautiful, balanced, and tailored to each individual client.

Tyler Jewell Roser~Esthetician & Detail Artist

Tyler is a Paola High School graduate and former member of the Cheer Squad. Tyler discovered her passion for caring for others soon after high school, leading her to pursue a career in esthetics. After completing her education at Entourage, she joined Rose Aesthetics, where she specializes in Eyelash Extensions, Brow Shaping, Dermaplane, and Advanced Skin Treatments.

Tyler has recieved additional training in Dermaplane services, Brazilian Waxing, and is a Melanin Rich Skin Expert. She has completed her training in Eyelash Extensions, Lush Services, and is a certified Face Reality Acne Expert. Her commitment to her craft shines through every service she provides, making her a trusted and caring professional.

In her personal life, Tyler shares a special bond with her cat, “Rosie,” a fitting connection to Rose Aesthetics. Just don’t confuse her cat with our robot vacuum “Rosie” that would be confusing.

Belen Carrete~ Esthetician & Skincare Enthusiast

Belen is thrilled to share her passion for skincare and the empowerment of others. For years, she’s dedicated herself to helping individuals feel beautiful, confident, and valued. Those who know Belen can attest to her enthusiasm for connecting with people and inspiring them to live their best lives.

Her journey began in 2006 when she completed cosmetology school. Although life took some unexpected turns, she’s very excited to finally pursue her dream and embark on a career as a licensed esthetician—better late than never!

As an esthetician, she’s excited to bring her expertise to our clients, offering personalized and detail-oriented beauty services, including facials, lash lifting, brow laminations, waxing, and professional spray tanning.Belen is a great listener and very attentively to your needs, providing treatments that enhance your natural beauty, and fostering a positive and confident atmosphere.

Belen’s smiling face and positive energy is familiar to our community but it her drive to provide quality care that make her a natural fit within our team.

With 20 years of experience in massage therapy and the past 7 years spent serving clients locally, Morgan brings a wealth of skill and intuition to Rose Aesthetics. Specializing in traditional Swedish massages, she focuses on relieving tension and stress while creating an experience of deep relaxation. Morgan’s approach is highly personalized—she listens attentively to her clients' needs and responds intuitively to what their body communicates during each session.

Naturally nurturing and caring, Morgan’s warmth extends beyond her practice. She has a soft spot for animals and enjoys spending her free time on walks and hikes through the woods. At home, she is the proud mother of four children (three girls and a boy) and shares her life with two cats, a dog, and her loving husband.

Morgan's lifelong friendship with Kathryn, the owner of Rose Aesthetics, underscores her genuine and compassionate nature—qualities that align seamlessly with the spa's mission to put clients first. After considering a career change, Morgan realized that her passion for helping others through massage was too strong to leave behind. She is excited to join the team, offering massages on Saturdays—a new convenience that allows clients to book both massages and facials on weekends.

Looking forward to collaborating with her fellow massage therapists, Morgan values the opportunity to share insights and learn from their diverse experiences. Her addition to the team enhances Rose Aesthetics' holistic approach to care, ensuring every client leaves feeling relaxed, heard, and truly cared for.

Mandi Martinez~ Massage Therapist

Mandi is a massage therapist that occasionally is available at Rose Aesthetics, you will have to contact her directly to schedule with her and ask which location she is at.

She is currently expanding her career with education in esthetics. She has a background working with KU Athletics and currently is full-time with a chiropractic office in Wellsville, KS. She loves not only helping someone feel relaxed but utilizing her skills to provide relief and corrective treatments. Mandi has been trained in a wide variety of techniques to achieve those results.

When Mandi is not providing massages, she is expressing her creativity through her love of music and art. She expresses her passions through tattoos and fun/colorful hair. She loves her cats, two children, and grandbaby. She also plays the piano.

Kalyn is the social media manager at Rose Aesthetics. She studied marketing and business at the University of Kansas and graduated in December of 2022. Kalyn started The Only Agency that specializes in running TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and IG accounts for businesses. The Only Agency partnered with Rose Aesthetics at the beginning of 2022 to help them reach their marketing goals. Kalyn has been growing not only her businsess but all of those she helps. Her career is growing by “Leaps and Bounds” and Rose Aesthetics is proud of our girl and so grateful that she is on our team!
